Chase the Flood™
Turning Disruption Into Forward Motion
Your students are facing change on every side: a new campus, a new major, a hard semester, a first job search. They hear advice from everywhere and need clarity about what to do first.
In Chase the Flood, Ayo Jones tells the story of losing everything in a flood and the three-part process that guided her to clarity in crisis. Students complete that process in the room.
Ayo shared her flood story in the TEDx talk “Saved by the Flood” at the University of Cape Coast in 2026.
The keynote where every person draws their line.
By the end, your students will
“You don’t need to see the whole path. You need to point yourself in the right direction.”
